Exclusive Realty Brasil was founded by Edmond van Wijngaarden in 2006 and has since grown to become South Bahia’s leading high-end real estate broker.
We cover the complete south of Bahia, from Belmonte in the north to Corumbau in the south, with our main focus on Trancoso. Every property in our portfolio is sourced and listed by ourselves — and because some owners prefer discretion, what you see online is only part of what we can offer.

Edmond founded Exclusive Realty Brasil in 2006 and has guided buyers, sellers and investors in South Bahia ever since — from beachfront estates and villas in Terravista to development land and boutique hotels.
Nathan Beraldo

Nathan joined Exclusive Realty Brasil in early 2025, following the sharp increase in transactions and new listings. He looks after our property listings and works closely with buyers and owners.

João looks after the Exclusive Realty Brasil brand: the website, design, marketing and photography, so every property is presented at its best.
Local sourcing
We know every important area of South Bahia and source all of our properties ourselves, including off-market homes that are never published.
International reach
On the sales side we work with a small, carefully selected network of brokers around the world, giving our sellers a much larger reach.
