165-hectare beachfront estate with 1.5 km of beach, Corumbau

An old coconut farm in Corumbau, 40 km south of Porto Seguro, with 1,500 metres of white-sand beachfront and 165 hectares of land, including a mangrove of 15 islands and 3,000 productive coconut palms. A 320-metre pine path leads from the first island to the centre of the estate.

The main building has a large entrance hall, office, living and TV room, bar, dining room and kitchen. In front of the sea, a deck with pool, an open-air fireplace and a massage hut. Six bungalows are linked by paths: four super-luxury bungalows of 150 m² and two with two suites each, plus two suites upstairs in the main house. All ten rooms have a balcony and air conditioning, with teak furniture from Indonesia and Brazilian design pieces.

A separate two-storey staff house, storage, laundry, a water tower, a water wheel, a vegetable garden and two renovated fishermen’s houses complete the property. Dolphins are often seen offshore.
