New 5-suite house with forest views, João Vieira

Casa Atena is a newly built house combining traditional Bahian architecture with clean, contemporary finishes, a 5-minute drive from the Quadrado.

On a spacious plot among native vegetation, it has five suites, including a master of over 70 m² with open valley views. The social areas are open and breezy, and a panoramic deck overlooks preserved forest and the sunset.
